I would like to take this opportunity to encourage CARB to support
ZEVs and plug-in hybrids. Please require the full 25,000 ZEVs that
automakers had promised for 2012-2014.  I am looking forward to
advancements in plug-in hybrid technology.  Please keep the
regulations strong!
