Dear C.A.R.B. folks,

In Michigan, I have recently noticed your t.v. ad calls to
encouraging Americans to move to California.  I will be making
that very move this autumn--specifically, to San Luis Obispo.

I watched with interest the recent movie production "Who Killed
the Electric Car."  Detroit's short-sightedness infuriated me. 
Though not because of this, I still intend to abandon this
miserable state.  It has forsaken its citizens.

I hope that someday I can scoot about SLO in an affordable plug-in
vehicle.  Please make it happen:  for you, me and all Americans!

California has been the leader of this union for many years.  I
hope you continue to lead trends and behavior (consumer and
industrial alike) in a positive way, for many years to come.
