I am apposed to the passage of your draconian proposal to adopt the
amendment to the Commercial Harbor Craft Regulation which will in
my opinion make my offshore fishing experiences a prohibitively
expensive proposition in the future. Please consider the negative
impact this will have on the San Diego commercial fishing fleet.
