I would like to propose the following change to the proposed LSI
regulations.  Make the definition of "Agricultural operations"
consistent with that of the definition in the Off-Road Diesel
Vehicles regulations by adding the following language to the
definition:

"For forest operations, agricultural crop preparation services
include milling, peeling, producing particleboard and medium
density fiberboard, and producing woody landscape materials."
