I would like you to look at the CARB ruling to make the
Sportfishing Fleet the Level 4 requirements. Since there are NO
Level 4 motors out there yet or that Most of the Boats can't ever
met that level ever. This would whip out 90% of the fleet and stop
me from fishing the ocean ever again.
