| Comment | Hello, I'm not one that writes a lot of emails regarding bills up for decision but I'm passionate about families being able to affordedly fish our beautiful oceans here in Southern California. I grew up fishing out of Queens wharf in Long Beach and raised my five children on the ocean. We live in San Clemente and fish out of Dana wharf. Years later it's still an affordable family outing and tradition for us. I'm so concerned that this new bill will stop our family tradition due to obviously increased ticket pricing that would be required if new engines and boats were mandated.
