DEar CARB,
As a resident of CA for for 47 years, I have seen the destructive
results of  "business as usual". I have been a member of Sacramento
Audubon since 1967, and served from 1993 to 2006 as Conservation
Chair. The depredations on habitat are plain to see. We must have a
high land-use target with full support for the new use goals.
