I don't have much to say other than fishing means the world to me
personally. It's an escape from real life and and a stressful job.
Please don't take the one thing I look forward to on my weekend
from me and many others like me. Consider looking at this issue
from a personal stand point of individual anglers and well as the
operators of this businesses and not just from your overly
restrictive emission controls in CA.
