As a person involved with the construction field, I understand the
difficulty that would be involved in bringing construction
equipment in line with emissions guidelines. However, as a
Californian, I also believe that we are trailblazers when it comes
to air quality standards. I hope that you consider including ALL
vehicles in the proposed regulations.
