Attached are detailed arguments supporting Clean Air Power's
request that the proposed on-road rule changes remove the exclusion
of dual-fuel technologies from the type of vehicles eligible for
credits under the on-road regulation.  We welcome dialogue with
staff and Board members in order to have this critical revision
accepted as part of the Board's decision.
