Nothing. No engine rumble. No emissions. Just the sounds of the
wind and the wheels on the road. This is what California officials
envisioned with the Zero Emission Vehicles (ZEV) program -- a
future of vehicles powered by electricity. 

This needs to be our future. As soon as possible.
