| Comment | The California Air Resources Board will soon revise the
history-making program that put thousands of Zero Emission
Vehicles on the road.
But it has issued another proposal that will pointlessly weaken
the program again, and would require car makers to produce only
about 150 ZEVs a year through 2015—which amounts to less than what
regulators had already mandated in 2003.
Please urge the Governor to ask the board for a stronger proposal
that puts more ZEVs on the roads, protects the environment, and
reforms our oil-dependent economy.
