I was concerned to learn that CARB is considering requiring car
makers to produce only 150 zero-emissions vehicles per year.  I am
eager to buy one as soon as my current car expires (which won't be
too much longer), and worry that none will be available.  ZEV's
seem like a great way to reduce carbon emissions and our petroleum
habit.  Please don't scale back the requirements.  Thanks very
much.
