Ladies and Gentlemen

Please use common sense in any modification to the type of engine
used for commercial fishing boats (especially those used by week
end anglers.) Modification or replacement should be put some years
down the road and include specifically new boats. This is very
important to the emotional health of many retired persons as well
as a clean healthy  week end pursuit that would all but disappear 

Many  young people are being introduced to the sport at no cost by
various organizations who could no longer foot the bill.
