The Coalition For A Safe Environment and the supporting et al
organizations wish to submit our joint public comments on the
proposed Control Measure for Ocean-Going Vessels At Berth
Amendments.
We do not accept the majority of CARB management and staff
recommended Amendments for the reasons that we have described in
these written comments. In addition, there are numerous errors
and omissions of information that the public has a right to know
that we have also described in these public comments.
