Board Members:

Slowing down cargo ships meets multiple objectives including:
Reducing GHG emissions and other air pollutants, improving public
health and better protecting whales. The Vessel Speed Reduction
Initiative should be a priority in your final plan for
Cap-and-Trade funds.
