Dear Sirs, 
My family and I operate a charter fishing vessel based in
Sausalito. We provide recreation, fishing activities and public
access to 1000s of people each year. Currently we use tier 3
emissions engines. The mandatory use of tier 4 engines will put me
out of business. We have updated our engines numerous times over
the years and these new tier 3 engines are unbelievably efficient.
Please reconsider the possibility of mandating the use of tier 4
engines!!!
