This bill is bad for everyone. Fishing is not just fishing for a
lot of people. For some, like myself, fishing is what keeps us
sane. It's our therapeutic outlet to deal with our current
stressful lives. For some, like my uncle it gives them a different
kind of high that drugs would give him. Without fishing he may
revert back to that life style.  I want fishing around so I am able
to pass it to my kids so they can have a better understanding and
respect for our ocean waters.  I also enjoy fishing because its a
way to get fresh and organic food. 
And on the other side many jobs will be lost. Many live off the
tips we give after a great day of fishing. The captains will just
have a dead boat that they can no longer drive.
It's not just fishing for us, it's a way of life
