To all , 
This is something that can not happen . You have to ease into a
change that you want  . I feel that there are powerful people in
charge wanting to  line their pockets . The companies that benefit
from this should work with those who don't and come together with a
long term fade out soultion. Commerical fishing is a problem and
this should not happen .
