I don't understand this. Why would any civil person want to destroy
decades of family fun and history? You need to figure out another
way- go after the cargo ships, go after the yachties,the US NAVY,
the USCG,HARBOR PATROL- none of any of those boats have anything
that you are trying to make charter boats aquire.
