Dear Board Members.

As a lifelong California resident, I do not disagree with measure
to improve are air quality.  I can relate to the air quality in
Southern California in 1950's and 1960's.  Watching the
improvements over the years.  

I do feel all Californians want to help.  However, please do not
destroy our economy as you implement regulations for change.  The
California Coast is a haven for all types of on the water
activities.  These activities generate millions of dollars
annually, as well as, taxes.  Many communities depend financially
on these activities, directly and indirectly.  

I know the boating industry wants to help but PLEASE work with the
boating, etc. organizations to establish reasonable regulation and
time frames to make it a "WIN - WIN" situation.
