CARB's proposed passenger boat regulations requiring new engines
and technology are just not feasible.  The regulations will put
many fishing and whale watching businesses out-of-business.  People
will lose their jobs, and the general public will lose
opportunities to visit and enjoy California's ocean environment. 
Please do not approve these regulations.
