Dear California Air Resources Board:

We don't own a hybrid, but we do have an all electric car, a
converted 1970 Beetle.  It is a safe car, registered with the DMV
and insured by CSAA/AAA.  

Please support the California Plug In Hybrid conversion industry
by raising the Tier 1 ceiling of at least 100 vehicles, up from the
currently proposed 10.  

You know, a lot of us Citizens are serious about addressing global
climate change, but time and again find ourselves stymied by our
own Government.  Please don't offer yet another example of this.
