Much as I'm concerned about the pollution, I'm equally concerned
about the industry and the future of my grandchildren's access to
fishing enjoyment.
This measure seems to be too drastic for the old boards to
survive.
I do not want to scapegoat and sacrifice the industry that only
inherited old technologies, not created them. There are bigger
polluters such as the recent oil spill and oil tank ships, which
could have been intentional or the result of accidents, but we
allow them to go on with their business.

Personally,
I rather watch my grandkids enjoying outdoors fishing on a party
boat than smoking pot and drinking beer in a sports bar.

Trying to make California a better place to live.
