To The California Air Resources Board;

I must strongly urge you to cancel the proposed Mine Methane
Capture Protocol.  Offsets and trading are a false solution to
climate change resulting increased pollution to our air and water
and must be excluded from California's Global Warming Solutions Act
AB32.
