Lets no scrap pile California's great fishing fleet and the family
businesses associated with these ships. Reconsider total
destruction of functioning vessels for a slower more thoughtfull
approach. I don't see any proposed amendments to commercial
trucking regulation which is a much bigger footprint on the
environment. Please consider our side of this conversation,
concerned California sports fisherman Frank Fraccalvieri
