| Comment | The new proposed regulations will make charter fishing either too expensive or will just kill the fleets. Either way they will destroy an activity that California is known for. From the northern salmon and crab fleets to the southern yellowtail, tuna and rockfish fleets. Not only will the fleets suffer but your fishing license sales will tumble!! |
