 I, along with my brother and a friend go fishing in California's
coastal waters at least twice yearly, with each of us spending
about $1,000 each per trip. I am sure that we are not the only out
state or even out of town visitors who do this . Can the state
really afford to make the cost of such fishing trips so expensive
that it is unreasonable ? I think not.
