My name is Frank Perez. I have been fishing Southern California
ocean waters for the past 50 years.  I am a Vietnam veteran and
this is my only form of enjoyment. If prices go up for
sportsfishing boats at various landings I will no longer be able to
enjoy my favorite thing in life. I have PTSD from the Vietnam war.
If boats that I go out on are to be retrofitted, the landings will
have to raise prices. I can barely afford the the costs now. PLEASE
do not pass this law!
