Please do not weaken the current Zero Emission Vehicle regulations.
These vehicles reduce air pollution and help fight global warming.

As a citizen of the great state of California, I feel strongly
that I am entitled to the freedom to buy a zero emission vehicle.
This won't happen if automakers are left to their own devices.

I support the staff proposal to increase the number of plug-in
hybrids that must be produced. A plug-in hybrid that has an
all-electric range and also runs on gasoline when the battery is
empty seems like the ideal vehicle for me and most drivers in this
state.
