As a driver and owner of an electric car (MilesEV), and as a 25
year resident of California, I am hoping the CARB does the right
thing for Americans, Californian and Human Beings by supporting
rules which encourage ownership of electric vehicles, and provide
incentives for manufacturers of electric vehicles.
