I am very surprised that the ARB has nothing better to do then
draft up silly regulations that have no tangible affect on Green
House Emmissions.  As an owner of a Toyota Prius, I don't see how
this proposed regulation is going to do anything exceot cause CA
Residents to spend more money on a wasteful project with no
apparent return on Investment.

I'm glad to be one of thousands petitionin for the removal of the
current ARB members.
