SubjectPlease don't weaken zero emissions

Dear California Air Resources Board 

Please do not weaken the current Zero Emission Vehicle
regulations. This is the time to be proactive. California is a
good candidate to lead the way. Auto makers need to see a market
in order for them to change. Making standards tougher in a large
market like ours is  essential.
