Please adopt the Clean Transit Regulation.  It is the best way to
assure that public transit agencies transition to clean buses as
fast as possible.  This is not only an important  and needed step
toward addressing climate change, but it would also help improve
air quality in cities like Sacramento where I live.  Thank-you.
