This proposal will ruin small business which most Sportfishing
boats are, we have worked hard for what we have and we take pride
in it. Most owners can't afford to totally overhaul and retrofit
one boat let alone multiple boats if they own more than one. There
are no grants or programs for this tier four retrofit, therefore
each boat will have to pay out of pocket for a total overhaul. I've
been working on boats for 7 years now this is my passion and how I
support my family and make my money to live.
