To whom it may concern,

I've lived my whole life on the Southern California coast and
fishing the Pacific Ocean has been a staple in my family for
generations. Passenger sport boats have been available to us as far
back as I could remember, and believe me those mementoes are
engraved in my brain and in my heart. Fishing is more than just the
catch, it's more than just a boat ride. To me, fishing on a sport
boat is a way to get away from my daily routine and enjoy this one
life we've been blessed with. It's a way to help with my mental
health, especially during these last two years of covid.
