I am disappointed that once again CARB is caving in to the
manufacturers' whines regarding the technology involved in
electric vehicle production. I was lucky enough to be a 4 year
lessor of a Honda EV+ full electric battery vehicle. I would love
to have been able to keep that car....  but Honda had all of us
return them to be crushed. What a waste. CARB standards should be
TIGHTENED not relaxed at this juncture.
