My husband and I both have asthma. Particulate air pollution is
particularly bad in Santa Clara County, where we live.

I urge you to strengthen state air standards and reduce air
pollution from construction equipment (In-Use Off-Road Diesel
Vehicles), which is the second largest source of diesel pollution
in the state.
