To Whom It May Concern:
    If it is a criminal activity to have underinflated tires in
California, then I will no longer be a resident of this state.  It
is already bad enough as it is.  This law is founded on the notion
that by keeping our tires properly inflated, then we will reduce
ozone gas emissions. There must be a better solution.  This only
seems like another way to line the pockets of politicians,
governments, and an illusioned industry.  I will not stand for it!
