| Comment | I am an owner operator of 1 truck. The year of my truck is 1990, and it does NOT qualify for an installation of a smog filter. The truck still runs really good. From 2010 to 2012 I was out of work and truck was not operating during that time period. I was able to find work and continued on since September 2012. Now my situation is that, I cannot afford to purchase a newer truck. I will be turning 65 in June 2014 and it would be a hardship to live off social security. Thank you.
