eliminate the pain.  Mandate solar roofing to be installed in
each real estate transaction.  


The benefits are:


1) reduced carbon pollution


2) elimination of electrical grid line loss


3) DIstributed energy 24/7 power


4) Power for Buildings and EVs


5) MORE LOCAL WATER AS OPPOSED TO DROUGHT CONDITIONS


6) lower power costs by making power and battery for rooftop
application
