Hello,

I am an active fisher person in Santa Barbara, and would like to
ask you to vote no on the new regulations for sport fishing and
whale watching boats. While I love this planet, and do what I can
reduce emissions, limiting our ability to enjoy the amazing fishery
that we live next to is not the answer.
