Honestly I haven't read the proposal but this is what I do
know:
10 years ago a climate change specialist told me that there's no
way we can reverse it now. It's too late. But we can save our
ourselves if we make some changes. Otherwise you all know what the
consequences are. It's time to stop bowing to car manufacturers,
oil companies, and similar organizations his interest is and
keeping gasoline or Diesel vehicles on the road. We can phase into
smarter ways of reducing CO2 levels. There are many areas to focus
on including supporting South America and building back the Amazon
Forest and reducing our own paved surfaces.
