The Southern California sport fishing and whale watching industry
has a long history for sports fisherman and whale watching the loss
of this industry would be a travesty and needs to be preserved
unneeded regulations hinder their operations and needs to be
studied in length not knee-jerk regulations they just to get rid of
them having lived in Southern California for 25 years retired
military I enjoyed the sport fishing that was provided so I
encourage you to think about preserving there's great industry for
the state of California
