All of these restrictions and requirements are not achievable
with current technology. The end result will be a significant
dimishment of our lifestyle and ability to earn a living. This is
the fastest way to turn California into a third world country. This
technology will take over The market when it has developed to the
point where it is a better alternative. To force it on the citizens
and voters is a sure path to impoverishment. To be clear I say NO
to all of this.
