SubjectDraft 2022 Climate Change Scoping Plan

The Draft Scoping Plan as presented is not stong or
ambitious enough, given that we are facing the most dire
impacts of Climate Change in the near future.  We must
phase out oil and gas production as soon as possible, we
must work to remove all government subsidies to oil and gas
companies, we must stop all investment in fossil fuels.  Our
investments henceforth should focus exclusively on
sustainability, reducing pollution, improving our transportation
and built environment renewable energy.  Please do
not hesitate to strenghthen this Climate Change Scoping
Plan to reflect the convictions and vision of many Californians and
be the CARB that we will all admire.  Thank you.
