To Whom It May Concern
I am contacting you in regards to the new boating regulations. 
These new proposed regulations will significantly impact fishing in
Southern California.  As you might not know, sportfishing in San
Diego is a significant source of travel, tourism and entertainment.
 Based on your proposed regulations, this will significantly impact
pricing, availability, and tourism to our fine city.  I strongly
oppose the new regulations.  Your new regulations will directly
effect hundreds of businesses throughout California.  Not just
fishing, this will impact parties and events, weddings, and most
importantly tourism.  I would encourage you to study the monetary
ramifications before making any decisions.
