To Whom It May Concern:


I am an old guy...almost 80. I will probably die before the
worst of the climate disasters arrive, although I am already seeing
and feeling it. But my three kids and four grandchlldren will do
doubt face the worst of what's coming. For that reason, i urge you
with everything that is in my to strengthen you scoping plan. This
is an opportunity to go all the way. Don't hesitate to make it
tough. If it is not tough enough. survival is iffy.
