Please vote no on tech equipment which small business owners of
sportfishing boats cannot afford. If any of you on CARB have
witnessed a crewed fishing, you would know they work their butts
off to make a living serving fishermen. I want .y grandson to
experience the joy that I have had on these boats. Thank You, Edw
