Thank you for the opportunity to comment on this Scoping Plan
Update. In addition to comments previously submitted by NextGen
during the workshop process, we also incorporate the substance of
the attached letter sent by a large coalition of groups to Governor
Newsom. We look forward to working with you as the Plan Update
process continues.
